Prices for our basic services are based on fixed fees. We have tried to remove the bull that is found in this industry, and present you with the costs of having a presence on the World Wide Web.
Since the requirements of individual companies differ greatly, a final price cannot be determined until we discuss your specific needs. Most companies do not fit into a specific package. There are many varaibles.
  • Do you have all the graphics or do you need them designed?
  • Do you have the text that you want on a disk, or do we need to type it in?
  • Does your web site require programs, such as an Online Store with credit card processing?
  • Do you require a custom database application?
This price list, however, will give you a rough idea of the costs involved.

Complete Packages

Includes ALL costs to get your business up and running on the Internet. Prices are based on the text and graphics being supplied to us in a readable disk file. Extra charge for typing (if needed).

Starter Package

$499.00
On the Net Now: This package is the fastest way to establish yourself on the Internet. We can quickly design a web site of up to 5 pages of text and graphics and have you up and running soon. Should you later decide to increase your Internet presence, you can apply the the cost of your starter package to a larger web site. This assumes that you have the text in some form of word processor file. There may be an extra charge for text that needs to be keyed in by hand. Graphics may be provided on disk or we can scan existing artwork. Photography or Creation of new major graphics is additional.

Basic Business Package

This package is the one that will service the needs of most smaller businesses. It gives you enough space to present your company and also a way of getting information back from those that visit your site. This package also includes registration of your own domain name with the proper agencies and promoting your site to the most popular search engines so that people can find your site. Since your site will change from time to time, due to price changes, new item or specials, we will take care of up to 1 hour of changes each month free of charge. Photography or Creation of new major graphics is additional.

It gives companies with more than one product or service enough space to present yourself properly. You also will have a way of getting information back from those that visit your site. This package also includes registration of your own domain name with the proper agencies and promoting your site to the most popular search engines and directories so that people can find your site. Since your site will change from time to time, due to price changes, new item or specials, we will take care of up to 1 hour of changes each month free of charge. Photography or Creation of new major graphics is additional.

Obviously, the standard packages will not fit every need. If you are looking for special custom graphics, animation or sound, we can accommodate you at an hourly rate. You may also choose one of the packages then add to it.

Web Site Hosting

Web sites are hosted on our own dedicated servers at our location. We are connected directly to the Internet with high speed fiber optic cables via DS3 service. Most web companies farm out your web site to a third party for hosting instead of doing it themselves. If you want, we can do this too. We also maintain web sites on other servers. We have our own servers for our customers so that we can provide the ability to use custom programs or software that may not work on generic hosting servers.

The cost of hosting depends on the number of visitors to your site. Generally, most small to medium business sites can be hosted for under $30.00 per month. Higher traffic sites are usually under $100.00 per month. Full dedicated servers are also available. Compare this to the price of a high speed connection to your own computer equipment.

Our site hosting includes constant backups and daily statistics available to you via your web browser. You can see exactly how many visitors you are getting, where they came from and when they visited your site.
