Will be assigned a variety of kitchen related duties, including dish washing, assisting in food preparation and drink preparation. Requires a individual who is flexible, efficient and able to follow directions. This position is required to wear a uniform. The position will report to General Manager.

Duties:

• Clean dishes.
• Fill drink orders.
• Prepare milk shake orders.
• Prepare ice cream desserts as ordered.
• Do some food preparation.
• Assemble completed food orders for servers to pick-up.
• Handle drive thru orders.

Duties:

• Overseeing all facets of store operations
• Ensuring that customer services standards are being met
• Staff supervision
• Developing and maintaining a team oriented environment
• Ensuring that profit and productivity goals are met, through developing annual goals, managing payroll hours, sales, and monitoring profit and lost statements
• Interviewing and selecting staff
• Train and develop staff
• Price check the competition
• Merchandise and inventory management
• Ordering food, equipment, and supplies
• Equipment maintenance
• Clean ice cream machine
• Clean fryer(s)
• Communicating with owner
• Assure that all administrative duties are carried out
• Ensure that proper sanitation procedures are carried out
• Ensure that proper safety procedures are carried out
• Ensure that adequate
• Meet a minimum of weekly with the owner
• Complete all required reports on a timely basis

• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
